Running corporate edition and after latest fix was prompted to reboot and then the screen which displays which OS to boot appears then tries to boot and recycles back to the same OS boot screen
Tried Safe mode and this will not even load, and Last know good also fails
How do I get back with a re-install?

Sorry, Microsoft does not sell, nor support, a "corporate edition" of Windows XP.

See if I got this right, ok?
You have installed "latest patch" on an XP machine
running a volume licensed version of XP Pro (right?)
and it fails to reboot.

What patch is "latest patch" ?

What does happen with the boots fail ? Evidently
you auto-restart so you do not get to see the messages ?

If none of the boot methods work, then you are
likely looking at use of a repair/upgrade install.
