Unable to log on to secure sites

I am unable to log on to some web sites that require 128
bit security(MSN, Ebanking, ect,). My Internet Explorer
Help About says I have a 128. It was explained to me
that my ZoneAlarm probably changed the status of my
security but I don't know how to fix it.Can I fix it or
does this sound like symptoms of another problem
altogether? I am running on XP Home.I made no adjustments
to the settings and haven't downloaded anything lately.
It was fine Friday night and Saturday morning, not.

I posted this same response to a similar post on Aug. 17.

I had a similar problem with my banking site. Are you running the Google
Tool bar? I found out that I had to uncheck the AutoFillButton box under
options of the Google toolbar. Now it works fine. Also checkout

I don't have the google toolbar and I have been unable to
install any updates including SP2.
