Unable to create new appointments



I've got 2 new Dell machines with Outlook 2003. Both of them are having the
same issue where, in Calendar, if you click on New Appointment nothing
happens. If you reboot the machine it will work for a while then stop at
some point. I've removed Office and re-installed on both machines and all
available updates are installed. Any ideas why this is occuring?
