NotQuiteThereYet

Repost of problem.
After removing spyware from the system all seems back to
normal with one exception.
Any website opened in IE is showing as a member of the
trusted sites zone.
There are no entries in that zone in Internet Options now
but there were spyware entries that were removed.
A new user account added as a test is able to display the
zones correctly.
Probably a registry key that has been changed but I am
having some difficulty finding the solution.
Any suggestions to remedy this are appreciated.

I could be wrong about this but...

A relevant reg key is located at:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet
Settings\ZoneMap\ProtocolDefaults

There are a number of REG_DWORDs which represent the internet protocols
recognised by IE. They have numbers which represent the zone they run
in.

Make sure the http protocol is set to 0x00000003 (3). If it's already
set to 3, then I'm wrong about this.
