trouble with cookies

Hi, i am having trouble accessing sites.I get a message that i need to enable cookies before i can gain access. But i am not behind a firwall and my security options are set to accept cookies,so what can i do??? HELP!!!!

Hi

Please enable a Firewall ASAP. Control Panel>Network Connections - right
click on the connection, select Properties>Advanced.

Then open Internet Explorer and go to Tools>Internet Options>Privacy and set
the option to 'Default'.
