trouble after reintalling window xp

everytime Window XP start it show the welcome screen then it automatically load
window xp and it doesn't show the username and picture when window xp start
.. how do i fix this problem? are there any fix/patch/setting i have to make?

i already tried to go at user accounts, change the way users log off and
log on
and check Use Welcome Screen, Use Fast User Switching

As long as auto-logon hasn't been setup (you would have gone through
specific steps to do this), adding a password to the existing account is
one way to force a stop at the welcome screen.
