Trojan backdoor agent BA HELP!!!!

I am running AVG anti-virus system and when I scanned a
file named C:\windows\system32\WDMAEB.DLL i found a virus
named Trojan backdoor agent.BA

For some reason AVG cannot remove this any suggestions on
how to rid my system of this trojan ??????

should help track it down to delete it

went to this site and followed the instructions for
deleting the trojan horse. Didn't work it is still there.
any other suggestions??
