Triggering slide transitions with audio files

I am trying to create a presentation that runs automatically. Each slide has
a MP3 file on it. I am trying to get the slide to change at the end of the
audio file. There seems to be no way to trigger a slide transition when an
audio file ends. I have used slide timers but that does not work that well.
I need a way to trigger a slide when the audio file ends.

Also, is there a way to embed MP3 files in a PowerPoint presentation?

In Slide show > Slide Transition are your checking the
box that reads "Advance Slide > Automatically after
______"? Do that and type 0 (zero) in the space.
