Tracking emails not in sent items

i have created a new subfolder of sent items and when i send an email using
voting buttons i change the store location from sent items to this new
folder. When i check in the new folder i am asked to use the voting buttons
myslef and i can not track replies from those invited to use the buttons...

please help

Tracking only works if the item is in the Sent Items folder, not another
folder (even if it's a subfolder of Sent Items)

I recommend saying "Voting MUST be in Sent Items" in the help - it's common
knowledge in this forum, but the normal F1 help should say that you must keep
the email in Sent and to open and close responses.
