When I open my business contacts file in Office XP Access, I get the
following message: The form name 'Switchboard' is misspelled or refers to a
form that doesn't exist. I have tried doing a search of all files and folders
on my hard drive. On the first search a file showed up: VBA Switchboard and
Security.ldb.
The correct file ends with .mdb. I tried to delete the file-not allowed.
Then I tried to rename the file-not allowed. Now I can't find the file at
all, but I am still getting the message.

The message is actually saying that there should a form inside of your
database named Switchboard. You've probably either set the Display Form to
be that name (under Tools | Startup), or you're using an AutoExec macro
that's trying to open a form by that name.
