The computer hangs when I use my chinese writing pad.

hi
I've just installed the software for my chinese writing pad ie. I can write
the chinese word on the writing pad and it will appear in the WORD or
whatever program.

But there's a problem -- after I started the program, then if I move my
mouse, the computer will hang, and I have to restart the computer. Why so?
Anyway to get around?

Sounds like a conflict between the software for the pen input program and
the mouse drivers and/or mouse software.

Workarounds:
-Most pen input devices will do double duty, offering mouse functions as
well as handwritten input. Check documentation for details.
-Exit the pen software before using the mouse. End the program using the
program controls or, if not possible, using Task Manager.
-May be able to get mouse and tablet to work well together if supplemental
mouse software is not loaded.
