temporary internet files

how do i view temporary internet files?
i contracted a service from a website which promised a
quick turn-around email. while trying to print out the
info from the site before going to look at the email, the
printer failed and i lost the website and reference
numbers, etc. and as of yet i have not received anything
by email (over an hour now).
i thot thru the temporary internet files i could track
down the website quickly.
 
Temp int files are here, have a look:
C:\Documents and Settings\your user name here\Local Settings\Temporary
Internet Files

Hidden folders must be set to show for this folder to show up.
