taskbar

my tasks are missing in my taskbar...
is there anyway i can fix that??
all the other icons are fine. just the tasks are missing...
 
tasks as in.... windows messenger, firefox, IE, etc...
i have all these programs opened, but they're not showing up in the tasks bar
