Do you use Windows XP Home or Windows XP Professional?

If you have XP Home then you are not on a domain.
That option isn't available with XP Home.

okay ..... i know what the problem is....it usually occurs when ur
log-in is not password protected. create an admin login password
(control panel>users) and then type the same password while creating
the schhedule task. then , if u dont want to be prompted for passwords
every time u log in , click Start>run and type
CONTROL USERPASSWORDS2 . then uncheck the tab sayin' users must enter
password .....
hope it helps !!

Thank you all. That did fix the problem. Funny what hoops one has to jump
through to get things to work normally, huh??? :)
