task bar - how not to let windows collapse into one button?

When several windows are open, some will collapse into one button
in the task bar. How to prevent that?

Right click on Taskbar.. Choose properties.

Under the "Taskbar" tab, make sure that
"Group Similar Taskbar Buttons"
is unchecked.
