System Shutdown Error

HELP!!! When I get on the internet and I have been on
there for about a minute, I am getting this horrible
message: System Shutdown C:\Windows\system32|Issas.exe,
and it has a status code - 1073741819. It says this
shutdown was iniatied by NT Authority/System. The system
will now shut down and restart. It also says: LSA
Shell (Export Version) has encountered a problem and needs
to close. What is that? Somebody please help me.....
