system restore

Hi,

Right click on My Computer and click Property, click the
system restore tab, check the box "close all system
restores", click apply and confirm, then reboot.
After the reboot, unckeck the box "close allsystem
restores" and then click apply/confirm and reboot.
Then click start/all programs/accessories/system
tools/system restore and then create a restore point.
Check again to ensure the new restore point is there.

Have you gone into my computor by right clicking and
activated your restore? sometimes it gets turned of to
ensure that a virus is removed.
