System Administrator Undeliverable

I get a message back from "system administrator" when i try to send messages
from my laptop - i think only when i'm connected wirelessly but i've also had
it working - lost please help

What is your version of Outlook, your email environment (Exchange, POP3,
etc.) and what is the undeliverable message? That information would help
greatly. Are you properly authenticated to send outgoing mail?
