Sudden disappearance of text from W-2000 document, XP-H

I have had a recent incident that is very disconcerting.
I was typing quite a bit of text into a W-2000 document,
and suddenly the document became MT. I looked in the
original location folder and couldn't see any current
file with text in it.

I sometimes use Ctr V and Ctr C and wonder if there is
any way I might have selected all the text and then
requested a delete. I don't see how this could have
happened.

Any ideas on what might have happened. I scanned my drive
and there are no viruses.

Whoops! I have discovered that there wasn't any problem.
I must have pressed Alt and Tab, switching to another MT
document. When I looked at the other documents, I didn't
recognize the changes I had made in the last one.

Now everything seems to be ok.
