Stupid Search Page

Hi there, can someone help me
Sometimes....whenever i go to a page where i download something....the page goes to a stupid page called searchpage .... it's actually http://searchpage.cc/1507/ i can't get rid of it....spyware blaster won't do it...i deleted all my cookies, all my temp files, ...i got ad aware 6.0 off someone...that doesn't work....and still ....stupid searchpage pops up instead of what i want...can you help me
