Strange need of manual refresh:

Hi.
After starting computer and opening any application windows explorer
behaving strange. When I delete or rename a file or folder I can see results
of that only after manually refreshing the folder. Otherwise file or folder
keeps the old name, and if I was deleting it file is still there and only
after manually refreshing the folder it disappears.
Any suggestions?
