stop home page changes

How to stop home page changes:

Use SPYBOT........
Inside spybot press the Immunize button.
At the bottom of scroll area find:
Lock IE start page setting against user changes.
File > Close

Check Tools > Internet Options and find home page buttons
are unavailable. Tried this on 10 pages that ask to
change home page and each was defeated.

For spybot:
SpybotSD - Search & Destroy by PepiMK Software:

And then remember that you did it so that you don't have to post here asking
why you can't change your homepage or get to Internet Options.
