STOP: c000021a (Fatal System Error)

I have a machine that comes up with this message and then
shuts back down. I have tried booting it up with a
startup disk and CD rom to try to reload Windows XP on
it, but it just keeps on coming up with the same
message. If anyone has any info on this, please let me
hear from you. Here is the full message:

STOP: C000021a (Fatal System Error)
The Windows Logon process terminated unexpectedly with a
status of 0x00000080 (0x00000000 0x00000000)
The system has shut down.

Check your ram. Type the error code into google. There are a lot of
articles out there about this error.
