stlbdist.DLL

I deleted this file because I was told it was a adware
file but now I keep getting a rundll error when I startup
my computer. It says unable to locate module stlbdist.DLL
This file is located in c drive under windows system32.
Does anyone know how I can get this error fixed if so
please help me.
