Can I download a version of the msblaster patch for installation on another
PC that is not connect to the Internet?

I found a standalone version. Thanks for reading my request.
 
I've found standalone versions available on more than one site,
but does anyone know if this can be used "out of sequence,"
that is, can a user who hasn't done one or more of the previous
patches apply this one and *then* go back and get the others?
(Unfortunately a lot of today's distress calls are falling into
this category.)
