Stale Pages

My IE keeps loading up stale pages when I open it and when
I am surfing. I am sick of refreshing every page that I
look at and I am having trouble logging in to certain web
sites because of this problem. I have deleted the temp.
files and cookies and this only helps for a day or so.
Also, I have tried setting the "search for a new version
every time" option and it does not solve the problem. Why
is this happening? How can I fix it? it only started
happening last week and I have no idea why.
Please help.

Kevin,
Try deleting the Temporary internet Files folder. And set the TIF folder
size to about 50-60 MB. IE can more easily manage a cache of that size than
a larger one.

Tools | Internet Options
Click Settings in the Temporary Internet files section of the General tab.
Select Every visit to the page.
