Spyware and Adware

I have done a free scan to determione that I have some spyware and adware on my pc. I also found a Trojan virus and I periodically get the message Lablan.A virus detected. AVG does not find and clean the said items and any help in the matter would be much appreciated

I believe it is something to do with deleting their path in the directory but I dont even know how to access the directory??
