Spell Check Sometimes Autocorrects

I am not a great typist. I often use the ; instead of the '. This is
annoying to me, and I love the fact that autocorrect fixes it on new messages
and some replies.

How can I make this happen on all replies?

It's the mail format - autocorrect only works on plain text and rtf format
when you use Outlook as your editor. It works on all formats if you use Word
as the editor.
