Speech engine Hotfix

On this page: http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=838659 it says there is a
hotfix to fix the problem but it says you have to contact MS Support to
obtain the hotfix. Where can I get the hotfix? (Contacting MS support would
be $35.00 since the comp is OEM).

Only Microsoft has access to that hotfix. Just call them
and make sure you mention that specific KB article and
you probably will not be charged.

Microsoft Support said the fix was included in SP2.
