Install SP2 with ZA running. After SP2 is installed, you will see that the
XP firewall is turned off and you are notified that another firewall is
protecting your PC. You have nothing else to do EXCEPT that ZA will ask for
permission for many of your programs to acces the Internet (including benign
utilities such as ping or tracert) because it seems not to have seen them
before... So, be patient and reinstruct ZA as needed. It may also be tricky
with unexperienced users because this affects printer spooling and other
"beyond the scenes" utilities and services. An inexperienced user may not
understand the meaning of the ZA Alert messages (which are sometimes quite
cryptic) and may deny access (just to make sure...). And the you start
scratching your head why your network printer does not waork anymore etc...
So, it may be wise that YOU test all programs and facilities at a time where
you are not in a hurry or relying on unexperienced users.
Good luck
(I have updated 16 computers with SP2, all with ZA).
