SP2 very slow to start => "remote procedure call" service

Hello !

I've just install SP2 on my Windows XP Home.
Now, the system is very long to startup. It took 5 to 10 min to have the
taskbar and desktop icons. During this time i only have the wallpaper.
I have try, whithout any firewall, but it is the same.
If i change the properties of the "remote procedure call" service (set it
to "Local system account") all works well.
Is it dangerous to use this setting for this service ?
Why my computer is very slow to start when this setting is on "NT
AUTHORITY\NetworkService" ?
Do you have any solution ?
