sp2 and winmx

Is there something about sp2 that stops WinMX from loading? I just did a
clean install of Xp with sp2, and now the Winmx program won't load-just
flashes a bit, then nothing.
I've tried several uninstalls and have Windows firewall turned off-using
Sygate instead.

Figured it-added program to DEP list.
