SP2 and CD Writing Wizard no longer recognises disks in drive.

Dear all,

after installing XP2 via SUS over my corporate network,
I'm no longer able to burn cd's using the cd writing
wizard.

The IMAPI CD-Burning COM Service has been enabled via
Domain Policy.

The error I receive is

There is no disc in the drive
Please insert a writable CD into drive d:\


once I decide to "write these files to cd"

problem resolved itself with no user intervention, I
suppose I have a special knack to lay on hands... the
network is healed 8)!
