Source for Startup Cop

I am interested in getting a copy of Startup Cop for my W2K machine, but it
looks like the newest version is no longer free. Does anyone have a
relatively recent version of the free version program that they could e-mail
to me, or can someone direct me to a site where I can still get it as
shareware? Thanks.
