Sometimes (about one in 20) some of the sound options in
Volume Control - usually CD Audio and Wave - are muted on
start up. It's easy enough to unmute them but does anyone
know which of the startup applications might be causing
this? I'm using SoundBlaster 5.1 and have Windows Media
Player 9 and Real's latest player installed.

Any help gratefully received.
