Sort programs

Hi,
I want to sort my programs in All Programs, but when I try to Right click on a file to choose Sort by
name, the left column just blinks and nothing happens. No rename window shows. No matter where in all
programs I r click the same thing happens. It makes it hard to find what I'm looking for. Anyone know
how to fix this. I surely would appreciate it. Thanks ahead of time.

Open the Control Panel and then 'Taskbar and Start Menu Properties'.
Select the Start Menu tab and then Customize.
Scroll through the options until you find 'Enable dragging and dropping'.
Check the box to enable it.

To solve the problem, enable the "Enable Dragging and Dropping" Option in your Start menu properties. Follow these steps:

For Classic Start Menu:
Right-click Taskbar, Properties, click Start Menu tab, choose Customize
Enable the option "Enable Dragging and Dropping."

For New Start Menu:
Right-click Taskbar, Properties, click Start Menu tab, choose Customize
Click "Advanced" tab and enable the option "Enable Dragging and Dropping."
