Paint) is one > rt click choose paste.
or you can get this capture program free.
Try this, It's a capture utility that you hit F6 to
engage, move your pointer to where you want to start,
left click and draw the rectangle to the size you wish to
capture ( from a pinhead to a full screen ) release the
key and it's saved as a .jpg to the folder of your
choice. Did I mention it's free.

Print screen key on the keyboard, then paste into a
program like ms paint or paintshop pro, dont forget to
resize it if needed, lol & save as jpeg
