I need to compile multiple distribution list of about 50-200 e-mails that are
not in my contacts. Due to the large number of e-mails I need in each list
what is the simplest way to creat these list? Is it possible to import the
addresses into Outlook?

Thanks

I have the e-mails in a word document formatted as such..

(e-mail address removed); (e-mail address removed); (e-mail address removed);

I'd recommend against creating any distribution lists at all. They're just
too fragile and too hard to maintain. Instead, you could use Word's search
and replace to replace the semicolons with carriage returns and save the
resulting document as a text file, one address per line. That file would be
perfect to use with a Word mail merge, sending out a separate message to
each recipient -- a technique that's more likely to result in a message that
gets past the recipient's spam filter.

Alternatively, massage the file as indicated above, then import each file
into a separate, new contacts folder in Outlook. You might need to map the
email address to both the email address and name fields. You can then create
a message by selecting all contacts in that folder, then choosing Action |
New Message to Contact.
