Signature and specific email account

I use a particular signature with my main email address, but want to use a
different one with a second email address. It seems to be set up properly,
but when I use the second email address, the original signature comes up,
rather than the signature that should come up with that email address. Help?

Outlook 2003? Make sure you've set Word as the e-mail editor.

Hi- That works! But....... then I lose the ability to underline,
italicize, use Bold, etc. How do I get that back? Thx.

Word should give you even more formaating options. Use the formatting
toolbar for that or any menu. Note that you must use HTML formatted e-mails.
Plain Text doesn't have any formatting options.

Whoops! That seems to resolve once I start to type the email, but..... now
the link to the email address in the signature disappears. The address
remains in the signature, but the link is gone...... Thx.

It shouldn't; the link should stick. See if your HTML signature template is
correct. It should say something like;
<a href="mailto:[email protected]">Whatever you want to type</a>

You can find your signature files in;
C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Application Data\Microsoft\Signatures

I seem to have the formatting back, but have lost the link to the return
email address AND also any movement in smilies I add to the email. The
emails are set on HTML.

Under signatures the only things that are listed are the actual signatures,
not any kind of signature template.

Also, if I uncheck "Word" all of the links start working again, but then the
signatures don't work. If I check "Word" the signatures work, but I lose all
of the links.....

Sure would appreciate a response to the following posts yesterday-

1. Also, if I uncheck "Word" all of the links start working again, but
then the
signatures don't work. If I check "Word" the signatures work, but I lose all
of the links.

2. Under signatures the only things that are listed are the actual
signatures,
not any kind of signature template.

Thx.
