I've searched the post at this site and could not get the
answer to this problem.

I'm using Windows XP Service 1 and all hotfix's. I'm
trying to schedule a shutdown even if the user has logged
off. I can do this with my Windows Server 2003, and all
searches on the web indicate I should be able to do this
with Windows XP.

If I'm logged in the system shuts down, if I'm logged off
the task will complete but the system will not shutdown.
Is there a registry value to resolve this problem?.

I've tried batch files and tsshutdn. In my batch, i'm
using Shutdown -s.

Any help on this issue is appreciated
