J jay trino Nov 21, 2003 #2 Common Problem with some software, especially old versions of Easy CD Creator. First off, Right click on My Computer, left click on Properties and click the Advanced Tab. Click the Settings Button for Startup and Recovery Section and Uncheck- Automatically Restart. Reboot and the next time you try and shutdown, you will probably get a Blue screen stop error. use the Search window at http://support.microsoft.com to look up the error code. Jay
