shut down

when I try to shut down at the end of my time on pc my pc
won;t shut down. i've done everything thing i found in
the help area nothing works PLEASE HELP

Hi there

You don't exactly make it clear what has been attempted to fix this problem,
however on the understanding that EVERYTHING relates to Windows, then there
is another place to consider.

Get into your BIOS and check the options for your power supply.

Of course there are so many combinations of motherboard / BIOS that I cannot
give specific instructions for this as part of my reply [I'm not
clairvoyant].
