Showing "From" Address in Message List

In the message list, I have selected "From" as one of the
fields shown. If Bob Jones ([email protected]) sends me an
email, the "From" field in the message list shows Bob
Jones, but I want it to show his address: (e-mail address removed).
I cannot find a way to do that. Does anyone know a way?

Sincerely,
Jim Iverson

The reason I want this is because, if I get a message
from a generic name like Mail Delivery Subsystem or from
someone I do not know, I want to know what address they
are sending from. For instance, (e-mail address removed)
would worry me.

I neglected to mention that I am using Outlook 2002

Thank you Russ,

If the full address is available in the open email, why
can't it be available in the message list?

The sender controls that format, not the recipient.

.

This behavior varies with different versions of Outlook and will depend on
the information that is in the header of each message. In an open message
the From field will show whatever is in the From field of the Message
header. In the Inbox, it may show only the familiar name if the address in
the header can be resolved. The format is not subject to control of the
recipient.
