I have two user accounts on my computer, one is me (administrator) and one is
the guest account. I keep all my songs in 'My Music' folder in 'My
Documents'. I want anyone who logs in the guest account to be able to listen
to these songs. How can i make this happen other than dragging the folder to
shared documents in My computer because if i do that then it takes twice as
much space which is annoying.
 
You can explicity grant access to the folder in question to "everyone" and
then put a shortcut to the folder on the common desktop.
 
How do i grant access like that. I tried putting a shortcut of my music
folder on desktop of the guest account but when you open it, it's empty. Am i
doing something wrong?
