setting up a screensaver?

Hello,
We would like the screensaver to come on when no one is
logged into the computers (at the 'press ctrl alt del' to
log on screen). I tried logging in as administrator just
to the computer but that didn't work. I also tried logging
in as administrator on the domain, that didn't work
either.
An XP screensaver does appear after 10mins, but it's not
the one we have set up (marquee type). I double checked
the settings on both accounts and changed the times
too..but it still doesn't display the one we want.

How do I setup the screensaver so it does appear when no
one is logged on? What account do I need to be logged
into? (I presume I have to be logged into that computer,
rather than on the domain?)

The login screen is different than the XP desktop. The screensaver set in
XP will not show on the login screen.
