Is it possible for me to set passwords:
- to a specific folder
- to a specific file
- (just set a password when I'm away, so no one can
change anything about my computer)
?

[Please tell me step-by-step if possible, thanks !!]
[Or if there's any good free software about that, please
tell me!!]

Thank you very much for your attention and answers.

Hi.

Even if I log in using the one who is permitted to access
to it, I still wish the one to enter a password in order
to access a folder/file.

How can I set a password to a folder/file?
(so before I access to it, I need to type in a password
too)

Log off when away and control what accounts
have been given to others.
If this is not enough, shut the machine off when
away and use a BIOS password.

To control access to files and folders use the
NTFS filesystem and set permissions on files
and folders.

To do that you must buy some third party software,
or perhaps use compressed files with passwords.
