Server Service not running.

Goodday Everybody,

I logged in as admin and while trying to look at any users
membership, getting error telling some server service is
not started. I checked dependancies I found that
Workstation services are running.

Any clue what went wrong.

Can you clarify as to the full error message you are
getting??
