Server Busy message after Re-start XP Home

I re-started XP Home because I lost my sound. Don't know
why but re-starts usually fixed it. But this time, and on
others, I get the Server Busy message box. If I ignore
it, meaning do nothing, it goes away and system finishes
the restart and life goes on.
Anyone know what it means and why it happens?

You may have a spyware/malware program that is trying to do something to
your system.

Run:

1) An up to date anti-virus system and check for viruses

2) Run anti-spyware utilities so as to remove spywares/malwares.
AD Aware SE 1.05
Spybot: Search and Destroy 1.3
CWShredder

Microsoft AntiSpyware Beta 1 (carefully)

are good "free" and "clean" spyware/malware removal utilities.
