sending ghost messages, nothing in outbox, account sending disabl

send/receive shows messages trying to be sent from account that has had
sending disabled. no messages in outbox. safe mode no help either. account
is used to download from mail server only, sending mail from different
provider all together. how can i make it stop trying to send in the
send/receive? account set to only receive.
