senders in safe sender list going to junk mail - how to fix?

for some reason email coming from addresses already stored in my safe senders
file are still getting sent to junk mail folder; anybody have any ideas how
to fix?

No solution, but I'm also having this problem. Additional information (1)
checked that these senders are not also in blocked senders list (2) am
running McAfee Security Center (3) am running Vista Home Premium.

Finally, I originally noticed this problem after migrating to this new
computer, and began using the Windows Mail, which replaces Outlook Express.
FYI Windows mail junk-email filter settings/options in Windows Mail look
pretty much like those in Outlook 2007. When I installed Office 2007 and
switched to Outlook the problem was still occurring.
